Easy Ventures is an independent automation consultancy operating under the brand Automation Partners. We are registered and based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We provide process automation, AI integration, and workflow design services to businesses in Bulgaria, the EU, and internationally.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our intake form or by contacting us directly. This includes:

  • Phone or WhatsApp number (optional)
  • Company name, country, and website
  • Company size and service interest
  • A description of your situation and project requirements

We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via standard web server logs and analytics tools.

Your inquiry data is stored securely in our internal operating system (Notion CRM and associated tools), hosted on infrastructure located within the EU or on our self-hosted systems (Synology NAS, Proxmox) in Bulgaria. Data transmitted through our intake form is processed via our automation pipeline (n8n, self-hosted).

5. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:

  • Consent — you provide explicit consent when submitting our intake form
  • Legitimate interests — to manage our business operations and respond to inquiries
  • Contractual necessity — where we enter into an engagement with you

6. Retention

We retain your inquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion or we enter into a contract, in which case data is retained for the duration of the contract plus applicable statutory periods (typically 5–7 years for accounting/tax purposes).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority
