Easy Ventures is an independent automation consultancy operating under the brand Automation Partners. We design and build operational systems for small and medium businesses, focusing on process automation, AI integration, and structured workflow architecture.
We are based in Bulgaria and work with EU and international clients remotely. Our stack is built around open tools — n8n, Notion, Postgres, and AI APIs — with no vendor lock-in.
Systems thinking first
We design before we build. Every deliverable is a component in a larger architecture.

Every engagement begins with a structured intake form which captures your company context, service interest, urgency, and budget signal. Data enters our operating system immediately and is reviewed within one business day.
